About Physicarl Sports Services
I am a skilled personal trainer with more than 30 years of experience in martial arts and fitness. My qualifications include a BSc in Sports and Leisure. I am dedicated to using both old and new methods to get the best results for my clients. Intended for recreational athletes, up-and-coming athletes, and professionals, everyone is welcome. I’m based in Wanstead and cover all areas of Northeast London including Romford, Hornchurch and out into Essex. Thanks to the tools at my disposal, I also offer effective remote training. My training involves the use of tools, including Output and Blazepods, to receive accurate data to enhance a client's training.

Boxing Lessons
