About Physicarl Sports Services

I am a skilled personal trainer with more than 30 years of experience in martial arts and fitness. My qualifications include a BSc in Sports and Leisure. I am dedicated to using both old and new methods to get the best results for my clients. Intended for recreational athletes, up-and-coming athletes, and professionals, everyone is welcome. I’m based in Wanstead and cover all areas of Northeast London including Romford, Hornchurch and out into Essex. Thanks to the tools at my disposal, I also offer effective remote training. My training involves the use of tools, including Output and Blazepods, to receive accurate data to enhance a client's training.

Boxing Lessons

Do you want to become a skilled boxer who punches with precision? My boxing lessons are available to different skill levels. Undertaking an approach that focuses on learning theory, my classes can transform you into an expert boxer. Check out my boxing services.

Weight Training

If you are looking to improve your muscle strength, my weight training services are a great choice. I will ensure that you use the correct form whilst also making sure that you perform at the right intensity.

Martial Arts

I also offer training in a range of different martial arts, including kickboxing and Muay Thai. My guidance will help you to perfect the right techniques. Martial arts are a great way of building stamina, strength, and endurance.

Strength and conditioning training is a type of workout that will first and foremost help you to build strength. However, it also provides a whole host of other benefits. For example, it can improve muscle and joint mobility.
